A five-year-old Springbank single malt bottled at 100° proof, 50% ABV. It matured entirely in bourbon casks, and 2025 is the first year Springbank has released it at this proof. The nose is bright and lively, with green apples, gorse, wine gums and a mineral touch. On the palate it is well balanced for its age, with a hint of peat smoke, icing sugar and white chocolate, alongside tomato plant, sunflower seeds and a little linseed oil. The finish brings honey and gooseberries.
