Springbank 9 Year Old Local Barley is an official distillery bottling from Campbeltown, at 57.7% in a 70cl bottle. Only 9,000 bottles were released, and the whisky is unpeated. Springbank introduced it as a new expression that puts the local terroir first. The barley comes exclusively from Campbeltown, grown at Aros farm near Machrihanish, 3km from the distillery.
