A sparkling wine in the Extra Brut style from Giorgi. It shows fine, bright perlage and a dry, immediate profile. The nose brings fresh citrus, green apple and white flowers, with a light bread crust note adding complexity. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, slender yet well defined, lively and pleasantly dry, with a clean, mineral finish. Serve very cold, around 6-8 C, to appreciate its vivacity and delicate perlage.
