It is made from a careful blend of native grape varieties and aged for 36 months on the lees, giving structure and complexity. The nose shows delicate small red fruits, light floral hints and a fragrant note of bread crust. The palate is fresh and lively, perfectly balanced between acidity and softness.
It is excellent as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes and light white meats.
