St. George Baller Single Malt Whiskey

Baller is an American single malt from St. George Spirits, made from 100% American barley. Most of it is pale malted two-row barley, and the rest is lightly roasted. It is distilled in pot stills the distillery also uses for eau de vie, then aged for three to four years in used bourbon casks and French oak wine casks. The whiskey is filtered through maple charcoal before a finish in casks that previously held umeshu, a Japanese-style plum liqueur the distillery makes entirely from California-grown ume fruit.
