St. George Spirits – Baller Single Malt Whiskey (75cl)

Baller is an American single malt from St. George Spirits of Alameda, California. It is made from 100% American barley and distilled in pot stills. The whiskey is aged for three to four years in used bourbon casks and French oak wine casks, then given a pass through maple charcoal. The last step is a finish in casks that previously held the distillery's own umeshu, a Japanese plum liqueur made from California-grown ume fruit. This finish is the defining feature of the Baller line. It brings plum and stone-fruit character with a gentle, bright edge, reflecting a distillery at ease with both American and Japanese traditions.
