This is Batch 6 of a blended whisky from the German distillery St.Kilian, developed in the style of Bud Spencer by master distillers Mario Rudolf and David Hynes. St.Kilian whisky is combined with triple-distilled Irish whiskey from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, with ex-bourbon and ex-Amarone casks. It is bottled at 46%, without chill-filtration and without added colour, in a 70cl bottle.
Tasting notes mention creamy vanilla, honey and toffee alongside ripe peach, red cherry and raspberry, with oak spice and white pepper. The finish brings peach and cherry jam, soft honey and grape.
