Starward Single Malt Finished in ex-Lagavulin Barrels is a single malt whisky from Melbourne, Australia. It has been finished in barrels that previously held Lagavulin, an Islay whisky.
The aim is to bring together Australia's distinctive climate and the coastal influence of Islay. Maturation takes place in dynamic conditions, which is said to give rich tasting notes.
