Stauning Kaos 2014/2015 Danish Whisky, Bottled June 2018 (46.8%)

A Danish whisky from Stauning Whisky Distillery, released as Kaos. It was distilled across 2014 and 2015 and bottled in June 2018 at 46.8% ABV. Stauning began as a hobby project among nine friends, who turned a former slaughterhouse in Stauning, in west Jutland, into a small distillery from the autumn of 2005. They malted barley by hand on the floor of the old cold room and fed the old smokehouse with peat from Klosterlund Museum.
