Stauning Kaos Danish Whisky (47.1%)

Kaos is a Danish whisky from the Stauning Whisky Distillery, bottled at 47.1% ABV. The distillery began in 2005 in a former slaughterhouse in Stauning, West Jutland, started by a group of nine friends who took up whisky making as a hobby. They revived floor malting in the old cooling room and fed the smokehouse with grain instead of meat.
