The 2025 Stork Club Rye Malt Whiskey is a rye whiskey from Spreewood Distillers in Germany, in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled at 43%, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour.
The nose is led by spicy rye with a light oak note, and there may be hints of citrus or dried fruit. On the palate, rye gives a clear sharpness alongside spice and a light sweetness, with vanilla, caramel and dark chocolate in the background. The finish is long, with rye spice, a little smokiness, some dryness and a gentle warmth.
