Sullivans Cove – 12 Year Old American Oak Second-Fill Single Cask TD0394 (70cl, 47.4%)

This is a 12-year-old single cask Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 at 47.4% ABV. Just 250 bottles were filled, in 70cl bottles. It was matured in a second-fill American oak cask of 200 litres, one that had previously held an older batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. The distillery is based in Cambridge, Tasmania, and the spirit is described as oily and fruit-forward, from a pot-still distillate. The notes run to creamy vanilla, soft malt and bright fruit.
