A 12 year old Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, drawn from cask TD0394, a 200L second-fill American oak cask. The spirit was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 at 47.4% ABV, giving 250 bottles in 70cl.
The cask had previously matured an older batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. That gives a more restrained oak influence and leaves more room for the distillery's own spirit to show over the long maturation.
