Sullivans Cove French Oak Ex-Tawny Refill TD0374 is a single cask Tasmanian single malt, matured for 12 years and 8 months. It was filled on 11 October 2012 into a 300L second-fill French oak ex-Tawny cask, one that had previously matured an older batch of Sullivans Cove Single Malt, and was decanted on 9 July 2025. A total of 531 bottles were filled at 46.3% ABV.
The nose is rich, with brown sugar, molasses, dark rum, spice, cherry tart and cocoa. The palate is lighter, syrupy and subtle, with vanilla cream, bubble gum, watermelon and cotton candy. The finish is lingering and creamy, carrying strawberry, pink donut, apple turnover and coconut icing.
