Sullivans Cove 12 Year Old is a Tasmanian single malt drawn from a single cask, number TD0394. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 at 47.4% ABV, and 250 bottles were filled.
The cask is second-fill American oak, a 200-litre cask that previously held an older batch of Sullivans Cove single malt rather than ex-bourbon whisky. With the char and heavy oak extraction of a first fill already softened, the wood leaves the oily, fruit-forward pot-still distillate to lead.
It is described as creamy vanilla, soft malt and vibrant fruit.
