A 14-year-old single malt from Sullivans Cove, drawn from a single cask, number TD0121. The spirit was distilled in August 2006 and spent fourteen years and five months in a 300-litre American oak cask that had previously held an older batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. It was decanted in January and bottled at 47.5% abv in a 70cl bottle.
Woody spice, dried fruit and nuts, glacé pineapple and dried mango lead the nose. The palate is thick and textured, with coconut, dried apricot and nougat, and the finish brings raspberry jam, white chocolate and cocoa, ending on vanilla custard.
