Sullivans Cove – 16 Years Old Mizunara 10th Anniversary "Whisky & Friends: The Best Pairing of All" Single Cask (70cl, 47.5%)

This is a 16 year old single malt from Sullivans Cove in Tasmania, a single cask bottling of 218 bottles at 47.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in American oak cask TD0331 from 6 November 2008 until 6 May 2025. The bottling marks Mizunara's 10th anniversary and a friendship of two decades between Barry Eric Dick and Mizunara's founder. It is titled "Whisky & Friends: The Best Pairing of All". On the nose there is ripe pineapple and greengage with baked pastry. The palate is full-bodied and silky, with figs in syrup, candied fruit and malt, and the finish brings liquorice, shortbread and citrus.
