An 18 year old single cask single malt from Sullivans Cove in Australia, matured in an American oak barrel. Barrel HH0108 was distilled in December 1999 and decanted in June 2018, after eighteen years and six months of maturation. It is presented in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings banana, walnut, crème caramel, liquorice, kumquat, black pepper, camphor and old oak. The palate is creamy and sweet, with banoffee pie, meringue, macadamia, toffee apple and fudge. The finish carries vanilla, coconut and preserved fruit over a malty cocoa line.
