Sullivans Cove 18 Year Old is an Australian single cask single malt in a 700ml bottle, drawn from American oak barrel HH0108. The spirit was distilled in December 1999 and decanted in June 2018, after eighteen years and six months of maturation.
The nose brings banana, walnut, crème caramel, liquorice and kumquat, with black pepper, camphor and old oak. The palate is creamy and sweet, with banofee pie, meringue, macadamia, toffee apple and milk chocolate fudge. The finish carries vanilla, coconut and preserved fruit over a malty cocoa line that lingers.
