A 16-year-old single cask single malt from Sullivans Cove in Tasmania, bottled at 57.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was filled into a French oak ex-Apera cask on 12 October 2000 and decanted on 14 April 2017, giving 471 individually numbered bottles.
It belongs to the Old and Rare Collection, a designation for the casks allowed to age for at least sixteen years. The whisky is described as rich, oaky and very textural, with length and breadth on the palate, and it keeps the brightness and character of the distillery's spirit.
