A single cask Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, part of its Old & Rare range, in a 70cl bottle at 48% ABV. Cask HH0310, an American oak ex-bourbon cask, was filled on 19 May 2000 and decanted on 4 December 2018, after 18 years and 7 months of maturation.
The 200-litre cask gave 161 bottles, and this one is number 112. The whisky is described as rich, oaky and strongly textured, with a long palate and the brightness of the Sullivans Cove spirit.
