This is a Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, released as Special Cask edition number 7 from a single cask. It is 11 years old and bottled at 45.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was filled on 7th November 2007 into a 300 litre first-fill American oak ex-Apera cask. It was decanted on 15th October 2019 and released in February 2020 as a cellar door exclusive.
The cask yielded 281 individually numbered bottles. Sullivans Cove reserves the Special Cask label for releases outside its usual French or American oak styles.
