This is a 12 year old Australian single malt from Sullivans Cove, drawn from a single American oak barrel, cask HH0256, and sold in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled in April 2000 and bottled on 17 March 2012.
The nose brings apricot, lemon curd, caramel, grapefruit, Nutella and aromatic oak spice. On the palate the texture is creamy, with lemon verbena, vanilla bean, stone fruit, malt grain and shortbread. The finish carries liquorice, fennel seed, marshmallow, blackcurrant and pastry.
