This is a 15 year old single cask whisky from Sullivans Cove, bottled at 50.6% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from one barrel, filled on 11 April 2008 and decanted on 28 April 2023, and 189 individually numbered bottles were drawn from it.
The whisky was aged in 200 litre American oak casks that previously held bourbon in the USA. It shows the distillery's defining style, with a strong malt backbone and flavours of vanilla, caramel, stone fruit, white flowers and powerful oak.
