Sullivans Cove – American Oak Ex-Bourbon Single Cask TD0985 (70cl, 50.2%)

A Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, released as a single cask bottling from cask TD0985, an American oak cask that previously held Bourbon. It is bottled at 50.2% ABV, unfiltered, in a 70cl bottle. Each American Oak barrel is treated as an individual expression, so the character of the cask comes through in the glass. The distillery points to flavours of vanilla, caramel, stone fruit and strong oak in this style.
