An 11 year old Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, from cask TD0424. It was distilled in September 2013 and decanted in October 2024 from a 200L American oak cask that had previously held an older batch of Sullivans Cove single malt.
Bottled unfiltered at 48.1% ABV, the cask gave 259 bottles in 70cl. The distillery chooses only its best casks for second fill, and describes the result as showing both the richness of American oak and the character of its own spirit: silky and briny, with citrus, spice and cocoa.
