Sullivans Cove TD0449 is a Tasmanian single cask single malt, 11 years and 6 months old, bottled at 50% ABV. The spirit was distilled in November 2013 and matured in a single 200L ex-bourbon American oak cask that had previously held an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. It was decanted in May 2025, unfiltered, and yielded 212 bottles.
The nose is soft and floral, with honey, jasmine, white chocolate, rice pudding and vanilla milkshake. The palate is juicy and syrupy, with pineapple upside-down cake, tinned peach, mango purée, custard and maple syrup. The finish brings honey muffins, custard buns, brown sugar and crème brûlée, with a savoury edge.
