This is a single cask Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, matured in American oak and bottled at full cask strength, 69.1% abv, in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit was distilled in August 2006 and bottled in November 2017, with 170 bottles drawn from cask TD0126.
The nose brings apricot, lemon curd, caramel, grapefruit, Nutella and aromatic oak spice. The palate is creamy and clinging, with lemon verbena, vanilla bean, stone fruit, malt grain and shortbread. The finish runs to liquorice lollies, fennel seed, marshmallow, blackcurrant and pastry.
