A single cask whisky from Sullivans Cove in Australia, matured in an American oak barrel and presented in a 70cl bottle from cask TD0138. It has a bright pale gold colour.
The nose brings apricot, lemon curd, caramel, grapefruit and Nutella, with aromatic oak spice. The palate has a creamy texture that lingers, with lemon verbena, vanilla bean, stone fruit, malt grain and shortbread.
It finishes with liquorice, fennel seed, marshmallow, blackcurrant and pastry.
