Sullivans Cove – American Oak Single Cask TD0345 Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 47.5%)

This is a single cask Sullivans Cove single malt from Australia, bottled at 47.5% abv in a 70cl bottle. Cask TD0345 was filled in 2008 and decanted in 2021, yielding 250 bottles. It matured in 200 litre American oak casks that previously held bourbon. The distillery describes this style as having a strong malt backbone, with flavours of vanilla, caramel, stone fruit, white flowers and powerful oak. As a single cask release, it shows the character of that one barrel.
