Sullivans Cove Double Cask XO is a Tasmanian brandy made from 100% locally grown grapes and distilled in traditional pot stills.
It is matured in a combination of French oak and American oak casks. This double-cask method adds depth and complexity while keeping the delicate fruit character of the spirit at its centre.
The nose offers dried figs, poached pears and candied citrus peel. On the palate there is velvety caramel, toasted almond, vanilla bean and a little baking spice, leading to a long, warming finish with lingering fruit and oak sweetness.
