This is a 10-year-old Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, drawn from a single cask, TD0821. The whisky was filled on 10 November 2015 and decanted on 20 November 2025 from a 225-litre French oak ex-Apera cask, giving 367 bottles at 47.6% ABV.
The fortified wine cask brings bright, sticky fruit, herbal notes and the spice of French oak.
The nose offers blackcurrant syrup, poached apple, brown sugar and toffee. The palate is full-bodied, with blackberry, cherry compote, dried apricot and quince paste, then nutmeg and cinnamon. The finish is long, with cola, espresso, dark chocolate and liquorice.
