A single cask Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, matured in a 225L French oak cask that previously held Pinot Noir. The spirit was distilled in August 2017 and decanted in September 2024, at seven years old.
Cask SC0387 was bottled unfiltered at 46.1% ABV and gave 379 bottles, in a 70cl bottle. The distillery describes the style as elegant, fruit-driven and complex, bringing together fresh Pinot Noir character and the depth that comes from toasting and age.
