This is a 12-year-old Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, drawn from single cask TD0412. It matured for 12 years and 4 months in a 300-litre French oak ex-Tawny cask that had previously held an older batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. As a second-fill cask, it lets the character of French oak sit alongside the distillery's own spirit. It was decanted in December 2025 at 51% ABV, yielding 421 bottles.
The nose is custard, warm pastries, butter, milk chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, spun sugar, toasted marshmallow and mandarin jelly lead into mango chips and toffee. The finish is medium-long, with green tea, matcha, pear and salted caramel.
