Sullivans Cove – French Oak Fourth Generation Single Cask (Barrel TD0027) (70cl, 47.5%)

A single cask whisky from Sullivans Cove, matured in French oak in barrel TD0027. The barrel is dated 2005 and the whisky was bottled in 2017 at 47.5% abv, producing a batch of 501 bottles in 70cl. It carries the Fourth Generation labelling used from 2008 to 2016, the first modern version of the standard Sullivans Cove range. These were also the first labels to feature a side tag with cask and bottle details for each batch. At that time the distillery was known as Tasmania Distillery, and Sullivans Cove was the name of the whisky.
