Sullivans Cove – French Oak Fourth Generation Single Cask (Barrel TD0027) (70cl, 47.5%)

A single cask whisky from Sullivans Cove in Australia, matured in French oak and bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from barrel TD0027 and yielded 501 bottles. The barrel was filled in 2005 and the whisky bottled in 2017. It carries the Fourth Generation label, used from 2008 to 2016, which was the first modern look for the range and the first to include a side tag with cask and bottle details for each batch. At that time the distillery was known as Tasmania Distillery, with Sullivans Cove as the whisky's brand name.
