A Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, drawn from a single cask and bottled at 46.3% ABV. It was distilled in October 2012 and decanted in July 2025 after 12 years and 8 months in a 300 litre French oak ex-tawny cask that had previously held an older batch of Sullivans Cove single malt.
The nose is rich brown sugar, molasses, dark rum, spice, cherry tart and cocoa. The palate is light, syrupy and subtle, with vanilla cream, bubble gum, watermelon and cotton candy. The finish is lingering and creamy, with strawberry, pink donut, apple turnover and coconut icing.
