Sullivans Cove Old & Rare TD0014 is a 20 year old Tasmanian single malt matured in American oak. It is a single cask bottling at 46% in a 70cl bottle, and this is bottle 69 of 163. It comes in its original timber gift box. The Old & Rare range is made up of Sullivans Cove single malts aged for at least sixteen years. The distillery describes them as rich, oaky and hugely textural, with the brightness of its spirit still present. Sullivans Cove was founded in 1994 and matures its whisky in full-size 200L to 300L casks, without temperature control, so Tasmania's changeable climate shapes each one.
