Sullivans Cove Old & Rare 20 Year Old is a Tasmanian single cask single malt, bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It is the distillery's first French oak whisky to reach twenty years of maturation.
Cask TD0021, a 300-litre refill French oak ex-Tawny cask, was filled on 29 July 2005 and decanted on 8 September 2025. It yielded 444 bottles.
The nose has chocolate orange, rum balls, Christmas spices and Black Forest cake, lifted by honeyed florals. The palate is creamy and full-bodied, with honey, macadamia nuts, caramel fudge and spearmint. The finish is medium-long, with mint chocolate, chamomile tea and lychee.
