Sullivans Cove Double Cask is a Tasmanian single malt in a 70cl bottle at 45% ABV. It is bottled non-chill filtered.
The whisky is aged in a combination of French and American oak casks, and each small batch shows the character of both. It won Best Australian Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2018.
The palate is rich, with sweet malt, dried apricots, honey and freshly baked bread.
