Sullivans Cove – Tawny TD0254A Single Malt (70cl)

This is a single cask Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, in a 700ml bottle. It was aged in French oak casks that had previously been used to mature an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove French Oak, which makes it a second fill whisky. Casks chosen for this role have to be of a high standard, so that the rich spice of the French oak timber shows alongside the distillery's own spirit character.
