This is a single cask Australian single malt from Sullivans Cove, in a 700ml bottle. It was aged in French oak casks that had previously held an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove French Oak, which makes it a second fill whisky.
Sullivans Cove looks for an exceptional cask for its second fill whiskies. Here the French oak timber gives rich spice, and the distillery's own spirit character still comes through.
