Suntory Hakushu Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese single malt from Suntory's mountain forest distillery, set deep in Mt. Kaikomagatake. It is a gently smoky single malt with herbal notes. The whisky is light gold in colour. The nose offers peppermint, melon and cucumber. The mouth-filling palate brings yuzu, grapefruit and lemon thyme, and the finish carries a subtle, refreshing smokiness.
