Suntory – Hibiki Japanese Harmony Chiso Collaboration 2026 (70cl, 43%)

This 2026 limited edition brings Hibiki Japanese Harmony together with Chiso, the historic Kyoto textile house known for traditional kimono craftsmanship. The whisky is the familiar no age statement Japanese Harmony blend, bottled at 43% in the 24-faceted Hibiki bottle, which carries a floral decoration inspired by Chiso's textile designs. It is warm amber in colour. The nose is fragrant with rose, lychee and gentle rosemary. Soft sandalwood and sweet candied orange peel follow on the palate, and the finish is smooth and lingering, with white chocolate sweetness and a delicate hint of Mizunara.
