Suntory – Toki (70cl)

Suntory Toki is a blended Japanese whisky from the House of Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. Its name means 'time', and the whisky joins the long Suntory legacy with a spirit of reinvention. The bottle is a slim rectangle with an off-centre label and the House of Suntory Kanji logo, drawn by Tansetsu Ogino. The texture is silky. The nose has basil, green apple and a delicate hint of honey. On the palate come fresh grapefruit, thyme and peppermint. The finish is subtly sweet and spiced, with vanilla oak and ginger.
