Suntory Yamazaki Very Rare Old Sapporo 1972 Winter Games (76cl, 43%)

This is a special labelling of Suntory Very Rare Old, produced to commemorate the 1972 Winter Olympic Games in Sapporo. It is bottled at 43% in a 76cl bottle, a size no longer common. Malt and grain whisky distilled at Yamazaki distillery would have gone into these bottles. Suntory moved its grain whisky production to Chita distillery during its expansion in the 1980s.
