This is a single cask Highland single malt Scotch, distilled in 1990 and matured for 35 years in a refill hogshead. It is bottled by Rare Find by Gleann Mor at 49.2%, in a 70cl bottle.
It shows the waxy, honeyed character the Highland region is known for.
The nose brings tropical fruit, cooling mint and soft balm notes. The palate is full-bodied, with mango, pineapple, polished oak and a little spice, and the finish is warm and lingering.
