This is a 25 year old single malt from Talisker Distillery on the Isle of Skye, bottled at 45.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose opens with gentle smokiness, followed by sweet notes of honeycomb, lychee, raspberry and pepper. The palate has an oily texture, with chocolate, peat, plenty of spice, tropical fruit and a balanced touch of wood. The finish is very long and warm, with wood, aniseed and pepper.
