The nose is typically described as iced cinnamon rolls and orange boiled sweets, with fresh sweet oak, raisins and a light touch of mint. The palate has a silky texture, with banana, berry jam and malt biscuit alongside the depth of sherry oak.
The finish is long and balanced, with ground spice, dried fruit and soft Scottish tablet, ending in a delicate wisp of peat smoke.
