A 12 year old single malt from Tamdhu, bottled at 43% abv in a 70cl bottle. It has an intense amber colour, and sherry casks from Jerez shape its flavour.
The nose is rich, with iced cinnamon rolls, orange boiled sweets, sweet oak with raisins and a slight hint of mint. The palate has a silky texture, with banana, berry jam and malt sponge, and the classic depth of sherry cask oak.
The finish is pleasantly long, balanced by ground spices, dried fruit and gentle sweetness, and it ends with a light touch of smoke.
